Terms of Sale.

Purpose

These terms govern your subscription to Ultimata: access to the online course, to the component library and to the prompt templates.

Price and payment

The subscription is billed at €29 per month including tax, by bank card through Stripe. It renews automatically each month and can be cancelled at any time. Access opens immediately after payment.

Term and cancellation

The subscription has no minimum term. You can cancel it at any time, in one click, from your member area; your access stays active until the end of the current period. No pro-rata refund is issued.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, immediate access to digital content entails an express waiver of the 14-day right of withdrawal, which you accept when you place your order.

Ownership and use

The content (lessons, components, prompts) is intended for the subscriber’s personal use and for their own projects. Reselling or redistributing it is prohibited.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the seller is established. Buyers resident in the European Union keep the mandatory consumer protections of their country of residence.

If a dispute cannot be settled amicably, consumers resident in the European Union may use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
