Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, acting as merchant of record. Stripe collects and remits the applicable VAT or sales tax, and handles fraud prevention, chargebacks and transaction-level support. Your bank statement will show Stripe. For anything about your access or the course itself, write to ultimata.pro@proton.me.

Hosting provider

The marketing site and the course platform are both hosted by Cloudflare Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States.

Intellectual property

All of the site’s content (text, visuals, lessons, components, prompts, the Ultimata brand) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or reuse without prior written permission is prohibited.
